About the Event
Working in the food industry has never been easy, but we have good friends who enjoy cooking together, crying together and drinking together. We would love to invite you - our customers, patrons, trading partners and beyond to join us for a special dinner at allium.
We don’t want to make this evening just another hard working day, rather a memorable evening with old friends and soon to be new friends. We ourselves have hunted and gathered many of the ingredients used, and have cooked and served in a manner suitable to pair with 5 wonderful wines from Mullineux and Leeu Passant.
Aperitif by Arno & Liezl

Wild mushroom & seeweed XO sauce with soft bread toast (Vegan)
Braised venison, spinach, spiced jus with heerenbone & horseradish.
