The Fermentary by Sepial Opening Event

I would like to extend an invitation for you to join us for the opening of The Fermentary, along with many other of our esteemed colleagues and media involved in the food industry in South Africa.

We will have a presentation of our products, followed by a Q&A session, concluded by a short tasting of a curated selection of flavours that you can expect from us.

After the media event, we will be having a hands-on session where you can make kimchi and meju (fermented soy blocks which will be the foundation of all the soy based fermented sauces and paste), followed by some wonderful tasters and drinks to complement these flavours.
