Who is hosting the workshop?
Frieda Olivia was born and raised in Indonesia and currently living in Cape Town.
She has been introducing vibrant taste of Indonesia through the Bali Food Truck since 2016 and started her tempeh venture through TempehSA during the first lockdown in 2020.
