About the Event

We will be teaching you how gochujang is made and how we use it to make our famous Korean Fried Chicken in this workshop!

We will help you make your own Korean Fried Chicken and our sauce. We will have limited vegan portions available on request.

Included in the workshop:

  • A gochujang making demo by chef Sepial
  • A Korean fried chicken making workshop
  • A simple dinner of Korean Fried Chicken and rice     
    • We will supply bottomless chicken for you to cook to eat on the premises

     

We will provide:

  • Welcome tea
  • All the ingredients, prepped and measured before hand
  • Equipment to make Korean Fried Chicken (aprons, mixing bowls, etc.)

Please note:

  • Drinks, extra sides and ingredients will be available to buy  at the workshop

Extras available to buy to take home:

  • Chicken seasoning
  • Ready made dry batter mixture
  • Pre-made Korean Fried Chicken sauce
  • Pickled daikon radish
  • Gochujang
  • Other products
