If you watched Chef’s table season 3, we will remember this Korean Buddhist & chef, Jeong Kwan. As that week has Buddha’s birthday which is as much celebrated as Christmas in Korea, we decide to introduce some concept of Korean temple cuisine and share traditional Korean vegan plates using available ingredients in Cape Town. If you are vegan or interested in subtle flavours, come and join us! Only for 12.
