It’s been such joy to discover the synergies between Minimalist Wines and in the meantime: Our ingredient-led approach. Our appreciation for meaningful connections. Even our joint love for ceramics, which we’ll also celebrate by featuring some of our pottery on the night.
Before we move on to details of the evening, let us tell you a little more about Minimalist Wines.
Minimalist Wines was established by Sam Lambson in 2018 and is situated in Gardens, Cape Town. Indeed, it is one of only two inner-city wineries in Cape Town. They exclusively produce Syrah from Stellenbosch, Elgin, and Cape Agulhas with minimal intervention.
Ranging from the light and fresh "Stars in the Dark" 2024 to the intense yet not heavy "No Place Like Home" 2024, these wines are ideal for our winter set menu.
